Associate Facilitator: Malcolm Lewis

Malcolm has a background as a company troubleshooter and corporate financier.  He is a conference speaker on strategic leadership and a visiting fellow at the University of Bristol on various masters and PhD programmes.  He runs a firm called Strategic Value Partners has been involved as an advisor and investor with some 30 buyouts and restructurings.  He now works primarily with heads of business to help bridge the gap between value and values in organisations.  He is an exponent of Richard Barrett's whole system approach to cultural transformation and describes himself as an Evolutionary Wizard and Corporate Alchemist! 

Malcolm has incredible insight into both personal and corporate transformation and what really marks him out is his ability to bridge the gap between the two. He has a deep understanding of the nature of money, having the history and culture of money in considerable depth.

He will be offering a workshop with John Wadsworth during the Taurus phase of the journey.
