FAQ 2: How is the programme facilitated / What kinds of things will we do?

As the creative inspiration behind The Alchemical Journey, I will naturally be leading the programme myself, drawing on my astrological / alchemical knowledge and experience to hold the integrity and structure of the journey through the year.  My main role will be to coach and guide you through the process, to inspire you and and offer continuous support and encouragement. 

The programme is delivered over 4 weekends (Fri - Sun) and 8 Saturdays. (for dates click here  It is being offered in Bristol and in Brighton, with 8 Saturday workshops offered in each location.  For the four weekends, the Bristol and Brighton groups will come together, twice in the Bristol region and twice in the Brighton region.  You will also enjoy coaching and support via conference call, email and online forum and will be eligible for 1-2-1 coaching with me at a significantly reduced rate.

We will also enjoy support on the days and weekends from a selection of inspirational facilitators who will join us at different stages of the year to enhance the learning experience. They will also be offering their own workshops and presentations that, as participants, you will have priority access to.  The material we will cover is incredibly rich and will enable you to experience yourself through a whole range of different perspectives. A selection of these are outlined below:

• the alchemy of money and wealth - transforming our relationship to money.  (with Malcolm Lewis)
• creative expression and performance (with Paul Chi)
• transforming the way we communicate (with Amanda Stafford)
• bardic storytelling - enter the mysteries of the alchemical year through sacred stories. (with Robin Williamson of the Incredible String Band, & Kevan Manwaring - former holder of The Bardic Chair of Bath) 
• movement & dance - e.g. learning / creating the dances of the astrological signs and the seasons (with various facilitators including Colette Lassalle)
• music - learning (and perhaps even creating) songs that reflect the astrological themes and changing seasons. (with Candy Verney and others) 
• night sky journeying - learning to read the myths and stories of the sky (with myself)
• making alchemical talismans - creating your own elixir of life / philosophers stone  (with various facilitators including Martin Thomas)
• sacred landscape walks - exploring principles of the alchemical journey in pilgrimage and the power of landscape in transforming personal lives (with Anthony Thorley)
• tarot journeying - (with Suzanne Corbie)
• transforming communities (with Jocelyn Jones, Shando Varda and others) 
• accessing present moment awareness (with Leo Hawkins)
