January 2009 Kairos Education Aquarius is that phase of the journey where we consider our relationship to community, realising that we can only sustain ourselves if we work together for common objectives. This is the coldest time of the year and just as we must huddle together for warmth, so we must learn how we function effectively as a group. What makes us the same in terms of our shared values and principles? What makes you stand out as a unique individual with a particular contribution to make.
